Fudosan Soba
Fudosan Soba (the "Service") is a subscription data service providing analytics and tools for the Japanese real estate market. It covers rental and sale price trends, supply and demand dynamics, neighbourhood analysis, and investment simulations across major Japanese cities.
The Service is operated by Fudosan Soba ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Service.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. After cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. For billing questions, visit the Subscription page in your account settings.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made if you cancel before the trial ends. After the trial, your subscription converts automatically and the monthly fee is charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in account settings. Upon cancellation, access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Data and analysis provided by the Service are based on publicly available real estate information, independently collected and processed by us. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee that any information is complete, accurate, or current.
The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Do not rely solely on this Service for investment decisions, purchase or sale agreements, or lease contracts. Consult qualified professionals before making any real estate decisions. We accept no liability for decisions made based on Service content.

All content, design, analytical models, and processed data are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal or professional purposes as permitted under these Terms.
We collect account registration information and usage data to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we change the subscription price, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Brief interruptions for maintenance do not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
